Amendment 1.22.1 is the big one.
Smaller schools whp have outstanding athletes transferring to bigger schools (being poached) will likely pass.
Here in my area it is highly problematic as Carroll, Wossman's of the world lose their best players seemingly ever year to larger schools in the area. Kids will have to make that choice in junior high now instead of 9th grade as it is currently set up.

The rule that needs to be changed is that if a player transfers to a private school form a public school he or she can play, however if they transfer from public to public school they can not immediately play.
Look at Dunham basketball in Baton Rouge. 2 or 3 players played last year on a different team during the basketball season, and they play for Dunham this year.
