I'm not a Mangham fan, but I did live up the road in Rayville during the time Richard Murphy was there.
I attended Rayville at OG and Winnfield at OG games back then.

Many tries to keep it civil, but won’t be able to avoid beating Peabody by 60.

Everybody on here knows who I am. I’m gonna always get on here and talk good about my boys. You don’t like it tough. Your a whiney punk plain and simple. You could say that about most of those private school guys, could not make it in public school.

But if that was the case, why did the public school principals push so hard for the split?

People go to privates or public for plenty of reasons. But you have been listening to Indy too long on the split stuff though. A lot of private principals pushed for the split too, and many public principals voted against while some privates voted for it. The picture painted on here by some is a complete fabrication.

Any Many fans go to the game? I live out of town, tried to keep up with the score. Pretty much gave up on football when I heard the hire but the game was close for awhile it seemed, what happened and what did you think? How was the crowd and did you enjoy yourselves? I know those old rickety wooden bleachers are a death trap. They've been for many years now but we are usually pretty hospitable.

It was a good game by both sides. The teams are just on different end of the spectrum. Peabody rebuilding with a new coach. The o line is so young plus a new q.b. But the kids played hard never gave up The coaches made adjustments during the game.

The main Principals that pushed for the split were from Many and Winnfield. Not saying that no private principals voted for the split, but the public side wanted it more than the private.

Yeah and you are right about which schools individually pushed for it however it is not a creation of public schools as a whole as some on here pretend.

Talked to some of the Many fans this weekend. I was told that there was a shooting either at the school or very close by. I haven't seen anything on the local news in Alexandria or on social media. Can someone either confirm or deny that this happened.
