I was only able to catch a few games today. Scotlandville and Dunham played a great game. Came down to the last minute. Jordan Wright was dominant but Scotlandville had a slasher (#3) that got an And-1 and a three pointer in that last minute to give Scotlandville the win.
Red River, again, was lead by the Super-Soph Emareyon McDonald and their big inside guy (still didn't get his name). He's one of the best low-post players I've seen in years. He's unstoppable.
Rayville and Peabody. No you're not reading a typo. Peabody beat them by 3. I'll say this. As good as Peabody is (and they are good) they aren't as good as Rayville. Rayville was their own worst enemy and played too much to the crowd.
Jacoby Decker, the tiny dynamo was dynamic. He scored 41 and had somewhere between 10-12 3 pointers.
MT, I gotta say it. You guys are missing some really good basketball not being in Lake Charles. These kids can play.
