Ok so let’s go with an example that lhsaa ruled kid ineligible and got overturned with third party arbitration Qb from hahnville Transfer from Vandy Catholic Kid found to be recruited and ruled ineligible Claimed to make bonafied move but yet back in Houma after football How do you justify this? I thought the problem was that he took photos in the VC jerysey for a football magazine prior to actually transferring to VC.

This is why we have a problem
THE KID DIDN'T TRANSFER TO VC
HE TRANSFERRED TO HAHNVILLE
It’s actually more common for the transfers to be like this
Private to public
And yes one of the issues was he was in hahnville Jersey early.

He was offered a job only because his kid could play
They faked a move to Hahnville
Moved back to Houma once football was over

He was offered a job only because his kid could play They faked a move to Hahnville Moved back to Houma once football was over Don't forget that they gave a different address and living situation to the LHSAA than when they registered his little brother for a youth football league. BUT... he was not eligible for the vast majority of the season, and the school and HC were punished. That is different than the situation you described with a player going to ND isn't it? Where he clearly went there just for football purposes. It just isn't a simply situation, yet most of the posts here from BOTH sides over generalize and fail to realize the complexity.

The lhsaa tried to rule on the kid correctly and got overturned on third party arbitration
As far as Shelvin let’s see Nd didn’t go after him Nd didn’t give a Job or anything to any relative
And yes he went for football LSU football Kid was in academic trouble and nd’s 8 class schedule allowed him to make up enough credits to get in better academic standing to attend LSU
When he left Northside, which he was recruited too, he wasn’t going to be eligible to play football in the fall Tried to attend img That didn’t work out Then ended up at nd
