Talk about a clutch play! I'd be a struttin Mom right now Congrats. Two very good teams going at it in the finals. I’ve got friends at both schools and my son plays summer ball with some of the STA kids so I know the teams very well. Can’t get in touch with any of them right now. Do you know who pitched for STA today? Egan |

Not sure if Notre Dame held their ace or not but, STA has some quality arms left to throw. I just wish I could be down there. |

I don't know who ND's ace is but both starting pitchers threw an excellent game with almost exact same pitch counts of strikes and balls. And way more strikes than balls. That was the truest battles on the mound I've ever heard of. |

Congrats to ND on the victory. It was a heck of a battle on the diamond today. Both teams played well enough to win. In the end, the winning run came on a great hit & run call by the Pio coaches. Best of luck to the team Saturday evening.
