I seem to recall some issues between STM & NHS a few years ago and issued last year between Laf. Christian and AES last year. Examples of bad sportsmanship are not just occurring between public schools, you might want to thin out that paint brush a little with topic titles that seems to have a holier than thou feeling.

STM & NHS was caused by ic students on both sides acting up. A student transferred from STM to NHS because he was not starting, some things were said, the score was lopsided, the rain came, tempers flared and the handshake line turned into a brawl with fans from the NHS side coming on the field. It was quickly defused. I cannot comment on LC and AES other than I know Eric Mouton said some things that were derogatory, but did not hear of an altercation. This incident between Comeaux and Central was started by the adults, during the scrimmage, those supposed to be setting the example were the problem. Big difference.

Brawl, really is not the correct word. There were some swipes taken including one student swinging a helmet and missing, but other than that, mostly it was boys standing around yelling at each other and posturing. What happened between Central and Comeaux was a brawl.
