The local newspaper is leaning towards Warren Easton's Lance LeGendre
The 6-foot-3, 210-pounder has offers from Alabama, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Georgia, Kansas, etc Last season as a Junior, he totaled over 2,500 yards from scrimmage with 33 touchdowns, while splitting some of the time with senior Joe Edwards, but he will be unleashed this year as the full-time signal caller in Easton's high-tempo attack.
Who's your pick?

Warren Easton and LeGendre Zachary and keilon brown Ponchy and TJ Finley St Thomas More and Caleb Holstein And the new QB at Hahnville Terrebone has an electric QB themselves, i believe his name is Jakhi Douglas.

He was great last year and I believe he will be even better this year, and not mention he is surrounded by the best team in the state.

I'm curious to see what the offense will look like to see if Salt is willing to throw the ball.

JG so overrated 😂😂😂😂 T. J. Finley and the raining 5A state championship game MVP Keilon Brown are the 2 best QBs in the state of Louisiana. JG is a good high school qb but Finely and Brown are next level.

TJ Finley will NOT be a QB in college. He has a strong arm. But, he has NO accuracy AT ALL!

Huge up front and a QB who can run AND pass with accuracy. They are loaded as Desty, but without the top 5 and 4 star type talents. That game this season between those two is up there with the best this season--zachary and university come to mind. I see Zachary is already trying to ease the crowd and make some money off tailgating for that university game as Todd McClure tweeted a tweet about the game. That is Mavericks Father.

Franklin Parish's LT Major is 6'3" 215 lbs. As a soph in a RPO offense he threw for over 2,000 yes and 30 TDs. Last year FP became a flexbone team. This year LT has a full control of the offense. He has an offer from Grambling and daily gets calls from around the country. He has an ACT in the 20's and a 3.5 GPA.

Honestly can’t say I’ve seen the best QB yet all have serious flaws. I know it’s High School but the flaws are pretty glaring Legendre is best combo of size and athleticism by far. Can throw it 70-80 yards, seen it with my own two eyes. Accuracy on the other hand ehhhh. Keilon, same issue, not as big. I think his accuracy issues are more based off lack of touch. Every throw is a fastball when sometimes a more controlled breaker would work Finley looks the part I’m frankly just not sold honestly. Looks the part. Holstein same thing, looks the part, big kid, can make throws, consistency is the key. His backup Dalen Cambre is pretty good too but isn’t as big Robison doesn’t look the part but he’s damn good. One of the two most accurate I’ve seen. Solid arm, good mechanics One who’s not mentioned and probably would be my pick is Chandler Fields at Rummel. Probably the most complete but he 6 foot. But he’s really good. Couple others not mentioned that are pretty good are Jack Mashburn at St Paul’s, Jontae McDowell at Bowling Green, Armani Gilmore at Amite, Kerri Wells at Livonia, the aforementioned McKernan, Arthur Lee Jr at Madison Prep, and believe it or not Colin Guggenheim at John Curtis is talented, reminds me of Wimprine that was there some 15-20 years ago.

Mashburn from StPauls is definitely one of the best.Big,strong arm,fast,4.0 gpa,and plays with a linebacker mentality.Lacks varsity experience and is hampered by an ankle issue. They say that he will ready for the Karr game. We’ll have to see if he can stay injury free throughout the season because he likes to run over people. McDowell at Bowling Green(left StPauls because Mashburn took his starting position)ought to absolutely tear it up in the Mississippi league that BG plays in.Mcdowell is kind of short for a QB,but he is fast as poop..has real good arm,but he should move to rb if he makes it college. I also agree that the Curtis qb is the real deal.Really impressed me at practice a few weeks ago.I think that Curtis will throw a lot more this year w/him at qb.

My top three at the moment would be:
1. Caleb Holstein, STM 2. Keilon Brown, Zachary 3. TJ Finley, Ponchatoula

Having watched him at multiple camps this summer, I just don’t see it.

May not be the prototypical size (6’0 180) but I’m surprised Luke Bogan of Northwood Shrv isn’t mentioned. He’s a Jr. and returning state passing leader. Baker Mayfield type guy, with a great football mind. I’m biased but I’d put him up there with anyone.

Those were the only two. Homecoming was McMain. To have the confidence to play your backup QB in a playoff game was shocking but worked

Cade Hart - QB - Calvary Baptist Third year to start Going through Murderers Row third year in a row first six games Very Accurate Great Student Great Person Great Football and Baseball Player My Cousin so I love him alot That should be enough reasons... Of course... I am biased...
Luke Bogan from Northwood Shreveport has to be in the conversation as well... He led them to the state quarterfinals and I believe he was injured most of the year...

I am anxious to see the new QB for Sterlington perform tomorrow at Bayou Jam. Kid is big, 6'4" 205 from listed height and weight.
He transferred from Bastrop area school.
Seriously though, i think you have to go with Finley based off intangibles and teams coveting his talents. I havent seen him play, but he has garnered rave reviews from recruitniks.
I echo the sentiment on Brown. He had two more years to develop, but he doesnt showcase elite QB talent yet. What i will say for the kid is this: from his freshman to sopre seasons he cut down on his turnovers immensely. Must show some improvement. Let us wait to pass judgment on his future until these next two seasons are through. His speed though as a dual threat is like Khalil Tate.

Then Jerry’s world next weekend. I’m pumped...

If not I can't see him being a big difference maker at sterlington this year. And is he really that big

Now it’s anybody’s guess how that will transfer to 3a ball. But he does have a couple of good backs behind him so that will help...
