Haynesville rolled through Lakeside 41-6 had a running clock the last 13 minutes of the 2nd half
North Webster cruised past Cedar Creek 24-6
Minden took down Homer, didn't stay for that one.

Just trying to see how the teams did Haynesville wasn’t really tested by Lakeside. Haynesville looked good upfront on both sides of the ball. Strong running game as usual with a handful of skill guys with speed. Not much depth though. North Webster’s QB was hurt this week but the backup played like a starter. They were too much for Cedar Creek. Creek was small upfront but scrappy. Had a couple of quick guys but couldn’t match NW’s speed. NW has quite a few fast guys but O and D lines looked average. I didn’t stay for the last game, but I heard Homer was a scrappy team with a few speedy guys. They only dressed I believe 24 players, but gave Minden a tough game. Lakeside- will struggle big this year NW- will be solid this year, have speed and depth, need better line play Haynesville- will be Haynesville, can’t afford any injuries this year Cedar Creek- will struggle against a tough district this year Homer- improved this year, has speed but can’t afford injuries Minden- will struggle against a tough district
