This will be an interesting matchup and my question is how good will Calvary be and will they beat Byrd this year?

Calvary will show up and show out. Calvary is a very dangerous football team because NO ONE gives them any chance to win... No pressure for Calvary. All of the pressure is on Byrd. After all, they are the bigger school with probably over 90 football players on their team compared to Calvary's number at probably 55-60. If last year's game was any indicator expect an exciting game. Cade Hart should torch the Byrd secondary for the third year in a row...

They will be fresh in the fourth quarter without much drop off in talent.

I’m hoping for the best tonight. We usually have trouble putting the jackets away but the Calvary D has been looking good in scrimmage and jamboree. Offense looked good in scrimmage but that was against 1A school. In the jamboree our offense looked sloppy and all out of whack. Only were able to score on lucky plays. QB needs to not be so hesitant tonight and we just need to line up and play football instead of a bunch of tricks. Throw the ball around like Guin said on the news last night because we have great receivers!

1A school huh. I bet it wasn't against Haynesville, West St.John or Kentwood.

None of those teams listed or my tigers compare to playing Byrd

I'm taking my cousin Cade Hart and Calvary 28-21 over Byrd in a nail biter type game... Calvary's offense builds the lead and their defense will shut the door... If Calvary can build a lead by 14 points or more going into halftime that'll be a great start. Byrd is deeeeeeeep though which is a HUGE concern...

Yeah, always tough to look at the other sideline and the other team has a separate offense, defense, and special team, and 50% of your guys dont come off the field. Like you said, I think if calvary builds a lead, they can hold on.
