Damn, Ruston....
Good Luck overcoming that. Acadiana with a new HC, practically entire new squad from graduation losses, and you have (Ruston) a up and coming staff with senior talent playing at home, and you get bombed on for the loss.
SMH.

Don’t sleep on Acadiana . They are very good . Their qb and RBs have great speed

This game was back and forth in the 2nd half. Both teams were trading punches. Acadiana has to pick up several 3rd and 4th down chances to keep their final drive alive. Credit them for doing so. Ruston lost a lot of leadership and playmakers from last years defense. They replaced their secondary and top leader T. Samuel. They played toe-to-toe with one of the best programs in the state. If they can overcome this tough loss they will be okay this season. This team is good enough to make a run in the playoffs.

That ain't no way this should have happened! First of all, the QB should have been SACKED!! Game over!!
Then, the DB did the right thing by keeping the WR in front of them, but once the catch is made, YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE TACKLE! How does a receiver make a catch at the 3 yard line in front of all the DBs and still makes it in the endzone???
