Last week Escambia smashed Archbishop Shaw: however, Shaw is the worst team in the Catholic this season. I hope that Escambia doesn't think that Shaw is a good representation of Catholic league football, if so they will be in for a rude awakening. Shaw and Rummel might share the Archbishop title, but Rummel is on a different level than Shaw.

Rummel 8-0 on a safety after a bad snap flew over the punter's head.

21-8 Escambia Final. Rummel seem like they left their first string in the locker room after halftime

Well, So Much for me hyping Rummel up as a tougher representative of the Catholic league. Should have know better than to trust a school that dresses it's its players in a sky blue color.

Sorry about the original post. I was trying to edit the title of the post say, "Saturday games" and erased my first comment instead of the title. but I copied all comments from the original post.
RETIRED SAID, "Hmmm... Weren't there some other posts in this thread. Wonder if they were deleted because they shined a bad light on your "research and study" regarding Rummel vs. Escambia. Something about Rummel teaching Escambia a lesson, or Escambia learning that although both opponents share the Archbishop title, Rummel was going to show them just how different they were...
Just giving you a bit of a hard time. I don't think many would disagree that Shaw is currently a significantly weaker program than Rummel".

on another note in a Saturday night game, Byrd gave Louisiana some redemption by beating Bishop Dunne 17-14 and according to the TexAs football forum, it was Byrd and the Refs who beat Dunne:

"Good teams do not need help to beat Dunne.
First big play called back for holding. It was not holding! That’s called blocking Louisiana"
