Notre Dame 4-0 @ Kaplan- Notre Dame totally dismantled Catholic Highj last week in a game I picked wrong. I hope y'all took my bait because I actually picked ND on my Pick em. Kaplan had a strong showing on offense last week @ Kinder. Their offensive line is very good. Kaplan's defense looked a little suspect at times last week albeit their big anchor on the defensive line was not present at the game. Its homecoming week gor the Pirates. Winner: Notre Dame
Welsh 2-2 @ Erath 0-4- Erath is not very good this year not much to say this week. Winner: Welsh
East Beauregard 4-0 @ Lake Arthur 3-1- Both teams habe had relatively easy schedules so far this year. Lake Arthur IMO had the only game where they were tested against Iota. Both teams score alot of points but i don't think East Beauregard has the fire power on defense to keep Lake Arthur in check offensively for 4 Quarters. Winner: Lake Arthur
Kinder 2-2 @ DeQuincy 2-2- Both teams come in this week sporting the same records. DQ won pretty big over Bunkie last week while Kinder will be looking for its first win heading into district. Winner: Kinder
Ville Platte 2-2 @ Oakdale 0-4- Oakdale had some high hopes coming into the season riding on a strong performance by a veteran offensive line. We are at the midway point of season and Oakdale has only scored a total of 24 points. Ville Platte has played spoiler against pine Prarie but played close to a Pickering teams that is not very good. Winner: Ville Platte

I agree with all your predictions this week. I just hope that such a young ND team doesn’t have a let down after such a battle last week. And You can bet that Indest sent his good friend Tank his game plan.

I think the winners will be Welsh, Lake Arthur, and Ville Platte. Notre Dame should win against Kaplan. The score? I would guess it depends on how soon Cook pulls the starters. Nothing against Kaplan, just don't think they can stay too close to N.D.

Kinder at DeQuincy: Jackets offense looked pretty good at times against Kaplan but penalties and play calling that became very predictable prevented us from scoring more points. Defensively we're small in the front 7 and it showed against the Pirates. Its going to be tough scoring on anybody with the Submarine Captain calling the plays but this week i think we have our highest scoring output of the season and get the W. Kinder 41-21
Welsh at Erath: "Have you ever seen a Rottweiler fight a Chihuahua ? Well me either but its not pretty I'm sure." Welsh 55-0
Notre Dame at Kaplan: If the Pio defense is able to stuff the run early this game will be over in a hurry. But if Kaplan can complete some passes to keep ND from ganging up against the run, their outstanding RBs can do some damage. So many things can affect the outcome of a football game and upsets happen but I think the Visitors wear them down and win. Notre Dame 44-20
East Beauregard at Lake Arthur: Tigers have played a slightly tougher schedule and have the best win. Haven't seen them play lately but East Beau is usually big and slow but strong and tough. Turnovers could turn the tide in the Trojans favor but if not i think it will be tough for them to handle the Tigers offense. Lake Arthur 40-14
Ville Platte at Oakdale: Bulldogs are improved and Warriors are just bad. Not sure whats going on in Oakdale but they should be better than this. Ville Platte did barely get by Pickering so i guess i wouldn't be surprised if Oakdale knocked them off. Ville Platte 27-14

Who is this coach? He's got a better change of tying a 40oz porterhouse steak around his neck and sticking his head in the mouth of an alligator and pulling it out unscathed that winning that game

Tank is close friends with Indest, maybe Indest gave him a tip that the Pios were going down hard in week 4 and he could finish us off in week 5? Maybe?

I agree with all your predictions this week. I just hope that such a young ND team doesn’t have a let down after such a battle last week. And You can bet that Indest sent his good friend Tank his game plan. Is that the blue print of what not to do when playing ND this year?

He responded with. He don't give a damn about any of that stuff

With such a good offensive line, this will come down between Kaplan's offensive line and ND linebackers. How good are your linebackers?

Congratulations to dequincy on the game last night, i have to say that their receivers have very good hands and made some awesome catches under pressure. The quarterback is a solid player who makes good decisions on his passes. With a wet and soggy field, both teams overthrew passes and fumbled. Kinder lost the ball 2 or 3 times on fumbles and had a passing td called back. The dive is starting to look better and the wide recievers are starting to gain confidence. I like the secondary and i think it is one of our strong points after the coaches made some changes there. D-line play was great where i think DQ had negative yards rushing, and not much passing as there were alot of 3rd and 15 situations for them. Heres to the ones who said this would be a close one 🙋♂️

Erath had the ball last week for at least 30 minutes and scored 8 in the last 45 seconds of the game. They really didnt move the ball alot just ate up clock.
