I am reading lots of things about your choice to wear a mask or not wear a mask and how it’s “your right” to wear a mask and how our rights and liberties are being compromised by being forced to wear one. Liberty is a luxury to have. I was proud of my time in the Military to be able to help provided it for my fellow Americans; however, like many other things, liberties can be abused. I’m not saying people’s choice to wear or not wear a mask is an abuse of liberties. I’m Just saying that when government and medical officials enforce the rule that we wear them, then they have good reason to. The creed that we should live by as Americans, is that we do what’s best of the entire nation, not just ourselves. We should live by a code of altruism, and not one of selfishness. Our great nation was founded upon individual sacrifices for the greater good. That’s the code I personally live by.
Do I want kids to return to school and play football? HECK YES. But is it the best decision for the nation as a whole?

Masks are not supposed to prevent you from getting infected...it’s supposed to prevent you from infecting other people by reducing the amount of particles that leave your mouth and nose. The mandate just assumes everyone is infected and cover up. Asymptomatic carriers are the reason for the mandate. The only way you stop others from giving you the virus is if you’re wearing a hazmat suit with a respirator.

Good question brother. I’ll explain it like this. If two guys are standing a few feet across from one another and neither guy has on pants or underwear, and one guy starts to piss towards the other guy, then that other guy’s skin will get soaked with piss. Now, if the guy has pants on and that same guy pisses on him. Most of the piss will be absorbed by the pants with only a small fraction getting on his skin. Now, if both guys have pants on and that same guy tries to piss on that other guy, then no piss will ever touch the other guy. Makes sense? Lol.. The mask works. Medical science has proved it. If not, doctors would never be able to work on patients with certain viruses and surgeons would never be allowed to perform surgery.

Countries who have always worn masks have seen the same surges in cases as we have. I wouldn't compare doctors in surgery (a sterile environment) to shopping at BreauxMart, lol. But I understand where you are coming from. I also understand the ambiguity involved as well.

Funny, if you walked into a Bank with a mask on a few months ago you would be arrested, now if walk into a bank without one you are a criminal.

The N95 masks with a respirator vent ONLY protects you. Even in a surgical setting they are not designed and meant to stop a virus. They Stop BACTERIAL INFECTIONS. ToTaLlY DiFfErEnT OrGaNiZm! Also, that flimsy little cloth you put on protects neither. No,No,no.... Asymptomatic carriers are not the reason for the mandate. The CDC, John Hopkins and The Henry Ford Medical center ALL have said that you HAVE TO BE SYMPTOMATIC to spread the disease, that is why you have to be SYMPTOM FREE for 3 days to clear CDC protocol. No,No,no. Even wearing a hazmat suit is not 100%. You have to totally disinfect the hazmat suit before you take it off. The act of removing it puts you at risk from any buggers on the exterior .
