Sabine Parish Baseball could not catch a break last night. They had 3 teams all in the Top 8 from the same district lost. It also didn't help that Many last night as well.

Had 5 teams from Sabine lost in total last night. No disrespects to the 5th team but they were expected to lose. As for the other 3 teams, they were expected to at least make to the quarter or Semi. |

I knew Pitkin was better than a 12. But I was shocked about converse and zwolle.

Had 5 teams from Sabine lost in total last night. No disrespects to the 5th team but they were expected to lose. As for the other 3 teams, they were expected to at least make to the quarter or Semi. Surprised by the Zwolle loss. Converse had a tough matchup with Weston. Two pretty even teams. |

I knew Pitkin was better than a 12. But I was shocked about converse and zwolle. Pitkin getting hot at the right time. Beating Anacoco in a DH. Walked (literally) over Negreet and then beat a solid Florien team. I don't know enough about Monterey but I will say Pitkin looking like they are returning back to Sulphur if they continue to play this way. I still think it will be Anacoco and Choudrant in the Final. |

I still think it will be Anacoco and Choudrant in the Final. You are probably right. But I wouldn't count out Quitman or Weston. They are both quality teams. Choudrant will win it all. |

I still think it will be Anacoco and Choudrant in the Final. I’m pretty sure Monterey has 6 seniors, but not positive. They are in a tough district. I think pitkin beats them, but it should be a prett good game. |

Felt like it was going to be a tough series. Congrats on the win! On a personal note, them playing a quality team like Dequincy so tough makes me feel even better about how much progress our young Winnfield team made by the end of the year. |
