Its my humble opinion that the Neville Tigers coaching staff really got out coached. Once STM adjusted to the three man front Neville never did and on offense they never tried to press STM's defense by passing the ball. For Neville to beat the better teams they must get more balanced on offense. Just my opinion.

STM out coaches a lot of teams. It’s a BIG part of their continued success I agree. Shane Savoy is the best OC I have seen in high school. His system is amazing and he’s a phenomenal play caller. Their “key” position coaches have been there forever. It’s mind boggling how they have kept the entire staff basically intact.

And you’re right, the fact they’ve all stayed there so long is unreal

Their playcalling and the positional players Football IQ is off the charts for high school players. At times Friday they were playing chess to neville's checkers on offense. They had no answer to anything by games end. The tailback at Neville is so special that he single handedly made it a game. He won the game alone against Ruston, and speaks volumes to his talents. Next week will be a tall order for Neville but I expect them to fair better defensively than this past Friday. I expect Campbell and Heard to play a lot both ways too to maintain the LOS and allow their athletes to make plays. Neville's lack of offense besides Allen will get them beat late though. WM likely wins 21-7 or 28-7 with some late TD's in late 3rd early 4th to put it to sleep.
