I'm definitely not sold on Washington AS A TOP 4 TEAM IN THE NATION. They squeaked by these 3 unranked team Utah (35-28), Washington St (24-21), and Arizona St (15-7). Then you beat 21 ranked Oregon St. 22-20. They would get smashed by Alabama and Georgia

Alabama lost to Texas, then needed a miracle to beat Auburn, who lost badly to New Mexico St. Then they turn around and beat Georgia, who struggled several times this season against an objectively easier conference schedule. The conference's OOC record is the worst among power 5 conferences. The SEC is not the juggernaut that it was a few years ago.
The Top 4 should be:
1) Michigan- undefeated B10 champ: has been a monster the last few years. Then beat Ohio St. without their HC. This is the best team in the country by far.
2) Washington- undefeated P12 champ: Heisman candidate at QB with a defense that smothered Oregon in the rematch and made their Heisman guy look pedestrian.
3) Texas- 1 loss B12 champ: Looked really impressive in the championship against OSU. Beat Alabama in September.
4) Florida St.- Undefeated ACC champ: finds ways to win without QB play. Defense shut down an LSU offense that turned out to be the best in college football. UNDEFEATED power 5 champion, which has always been a lock in the past.
First 2 Out: 5) Alabama- 1 loss SEC Champion. Lost to Texas. Looked great in November until needing the 4&31 miracle against a terrible Auburn team. Should be a favorite next year.
6) Georgia- lost to Alabama in the conference championship. Undefeated regular season.

Texas is gonna thump Washington in the semis. Hopefully Michigan can avoid crapping the bed again this year and bounce Alabama to avenge Florida State
