No. 12 Acadiana over No. 4 Northwood-Shreveport.
Acadiana is in the best district in the state (along with the Catholic League).

Comeaux was good outside of district until recently. Lafayette used to be a threat in the district.

No. 12 Acadiana vs. No. 1 Catholic-BR in the semifinals You called it, bro. Do you think they have what it takes to upset the powerhouse in CBR? AN IMPRESSIVE 32-2 record with 1 loss to an out of state school and one loss to Mandeville, which they avenged in domination fashion 11-0. I'm going with CBR and Rummel in the finals, with Catholic blanking them for the title.

That said, I expect CHBR to win handily against Acadiana. But there’s always the chance of a pitch count violation to reverse the result! 😂

The LHSAA is full of stupid rules, and this is a prime example of one. Well bud, this isnt a LHSAA Rule, this is a NFHS Rule which is the govering body of high school sports, every state has to obey the 115 pitch count rule in one day, you can say its a stupid rule, but its not that hard to keep track of, I would guess 75-80% of teams in this state keep everything on the GameChanger app or the Iscore app.

My argument isn't about the pitch count, it's about taking away an on-field win because someone exceeded a pitch count. Since it was player-safety driven, the team should not be penalized is what I'm saying. There should be some warning or penalty assessed to the coach or a fine the school should pay, but to reverse a win is stupid, unless it has happened multiple times after previous disciplinary steps.
