How's it looking so far? Hanson seems to be strong again? Oak Grove did well in the Altick Classic. CC is starting to come together. Anyone else turning heads around the state?

Catholic P.C. has some good wins and they went 4-0 at Altick. Ascension Catholic has a win over West Feliciana and U-high. Cedar Creek is always good and has wins over West Feliciana, Opelousas Catholic and Lakeside. St. John is one to keep an eye on as the season goes along. They have some 1 run loses to some good teams. Vermillion Catholic has some close loses to good teams and a win over 3A St. Louis who is usually good. I'm glad basketball is over. Now baseball can get in full swing, no pun intended.

ACH and Ascension Catholic split this week. Bulldogs won 12-0 in Dville on Tuesday. Lions won 2-0 today in Gonzales.
Ascension Catholic is hosting a very tough tournament this weekend. Coach Landry and staff put on a first class event in Dville if anyone is in the area and wants to watch excellent baseball.
As for the Lions we just need to be consistent. We can hang with anyone in the state when we're on. Just seem to fall apart too easily at times. Could end up being the best team we've fielded.

CC opened up district play with a 16-1 win over LCA. I heard Hanson won close one over AES 5-4. Anyone have a report on that one?
