Big game today in early 4-2A action. Vinton upset Iowa last week and Kinder handled a good Welsh squad to start district. Should be a good one!

It looks like it's gonna be a tight race this year. Kinder, Vinton, DeQuincy, and Welsh will be fighting it out all district long for the trophy.

Ill answer with some info I got from a Kinder father of a player, Johnson started on mound for Kinder and went all 7, gave up 3 hits and Ked 9-10. Guillory threw for Vinton, didnt throw badly at all, he left the game down 1-0 after the 4th but Courville who they brought in wasnt able to throw strikes and walked 6-7 that ended up coming back to haunt Vinton in the end, game ended 5-0 Kinder.

Our pitchers / defense did a good job of keeping us in the game as Kinder led 2-0 going into the top of 7. |

I thought Kinder and DeQuincy were going to run away going into the District season but after every team has played 2 games it looks like this could be the closest race since 2013.
