Kinder took down DeQuincy again, this time 5-1. The Yellow Jackets clinch a share of the District Championship. Kinder can clinch 4-2A outright with a win over Lake Arthur later this week. Lake Arthur upset Vinton today 4-3. That makes 17 District Championships in the last 18 years. Playoff time is almost here. Can't wait. Should be interesting this year.

What's the big deal with this board and 2A baseball? No offense but I've umpired a playoff series last year and wasn't really impressed. Is it because a lot of the posters are from a particular district?

Is it because a lot of the posters are from a particular district? Which class do you want us to post about? Don't want to waste your time posting about the games/teams we have kids on, or graduated from. Maybe you umpired a lopsided game and based all of 2a baseball on that? Nice. |

Is it because a lot of the posters are from a particular district? Check the board again. Not all the threads are about 2A. Nobody is stopping people from posting about 5A, 4A or any other Class. Hell 5A and 3A are really good baseball classes too but their people don't post anything. I wish they would. I'd participate in those conversations. Baseball doesn't get the attention that football gets either. Looks like your a Southern Lab supporter. Post some 1A threads. |

I support SU Lab but honestly haven't followed their baseball since 2004 when I graduated. I was just curious if I was missing something as to why the so many of the posts are regarding class 2A. |
