Pine Prairie at Crowley
The Panthers travel to take on the Gents. While this has no real district implications, Pine is trying to punch their first ever ticket to Week 11. Crowley might be a little bit on edge after watching Iota struggle against the Panthers. Either way, this will be a smash mouth game. —————- Eunice at Iota
Two teams looking for playoff seeding. Eunice is flying high after physically beating Northwest, while Iota might be reexamining itself after a near catastrophe against Pine. If the Bulldogs shake it off, look for them to give Eunice all they came for and more.

Those sure will be some good games.
What happened to Northwest? I thought they would have beat Eunice.

Eunice dominated them on the lines and controlled the ball very well. They were also able to play defense without blitzing the house so that took away a lot of the check down routes NW likes to throw.

Eunice is better than their record is. They suffered a lot of injuries in the middle of the year. They had 8 starters out verses Crowley and 6 out against Church Point. 2 of the injuries were to their 2 best players. They did lose 4 of those starters for the year. Eunice is finally getting healthier and the games are showing it. They are capable of going 2 or 3 rounds in the playoffs depending on the match ups.

Northwest offensive line is suspect. They rely on their athleticism to make plays. If you can play with control and stay to your responsibility, they can be beat. The receiver is legit and dangerous. The QB is quick and can make plays running but not very accurate of a passer. He throws up the ball and lets the guys get to it.

Hopefully Iota makes adjustments from last week and pull out the W.
