Jonesboro Hodge is firing on all cylinders right now. 44 points round 1, 48 round 2. Gave up only 8 points so far and the 8 game tonight after we pulled our starters. West St. John will be very tough, but anything is possible.

Too bad that won't happen WEST ST. JOHN 31-8 I’m curious, what makes them so good? I know nothing about them, just want to know what I’ll be in story for the day after Thanksgiving.

Congrats on J-Hodge making the quarters. WSJ is more athletic than Logansport, have decent lines, and coaches that have been through plenty of big games. There are no bad teams in the quarters, but I think the Rams may be too much for Hodge to get past

First they fast! second they big! Third they well coached! Fourth they have a lot of athletes! I like WSJ to win 35-17, but anything can happen thats why the play the game.

They're very athletic with a playoff swagger. Success to them is winning a state title. Playing until Thanksgiving is the norm and expected. Always play an extremely difficult non district schedule against teams that the average 1A schools wouldn't dare schedule. Solid defense, they will put their best 11 on the field. Usually dominate the O and D line, really physical. Ther is one weekness however but I ain't telling. By the way, spoke to one of their coaches this morning. He said they played horrible. Mine you they beat a 6-5 team 44-2.

I remember getting smashed my West St. John in the 2002 playoffs. They had all of those things back then as well. Great sportsmanship too. They knock you down and then help you up. Only to knock you down again. Lol

JH is athletic, fast, and has one of best DT in 1A and an offense that is clicking at the perfect time. Is WSJ weakness special teams? Only thing I can think of that you didn’t mention. And by the way, JH beat a 9 seed 48-8, really 0, and we didn’t play our starters after the middle of the 3rd quarter. Now, I’m not stupid, I know for us to win this game will be really tough, but you never know. I think WSJ pulls away in the 2nd half, by 2 scores.

Not the special teams. I'll give you guys 18 at the most. Those times we beat WSJ, they couldn't stop the misdirection runs. That might be the weakness

Good to see jonesboro winning again. Don't think they win, but making the qtrs is a great step in the direction they have been wanting to go.

I have nothing to do with WSJ, but I don't know that J-Hodge is more athletic than Varnado or St James. Yalls athletes won't surprise the Rams any. And for officials, those are from neutral associations for playoffs. Using them as a reason sounds like you're preparing for excuses on a loss
