I know there are a lot of West Monroe fans that post on here so I'm just going to ask it. What is going on with this year's team? They were ranked #1 all season last year and were supposed to still be a contender with what they were returning. Is it injuries, suspensions, coaching changes, or is it as simple as playing bad baseball? I'm not being critical, I'm just curious because when I look at the power rankings and their record it sticks out like a sore thumb.

I'm not being critical, I'm just curious because when I look at the power rankings and their record it sticks out like a sore thumb. Well they had to replace 7 starters, including a D1 shortstop and a 3rd round draft pick. Not easy to do. And they've played a very tough schedule. I think that's it. They have a very good coaching staff and will get it figured out. |
