Wow, Fuzzy and company are struggling against the jackets. This ain't a Bachman led Calvary team, did you expect something different.

No, but admin and parents at Calvary must have felt a change was necessary....

Final Score:
Byrd-35 Calvary-8
My take..(Byrd depth)
Jackets ran players in and out all night. Calvary couldn't do that. Byrd could have put more points on the board but they turned the ball over four times and played subs in the 4th quarter. Calvary was never able to get untracked. Cavs scored in first quarter and never threatened after that. Calvary quarterback was injured and had to come out of the game in the 2nd half.

Calvary struggled on defense all year last year so I expected Byrd to do some scoring, but I also expected Calvary to score along with them.
Did you go to the game or listen to it on the radio? I would have listened but I can't stand Charlie Cavell anymore that I can stand Byrd. His voice grates on my nerves like Eli Gold of Alabama.

Well, I’m there... And in the know... I disagree with you and believe that Calvary is in great hands. Sure, I dont agree with some things but Calvary’s leadership is pretty spectacular. I’d go to war with Guin and those coaches any day of the week. I’m not knocking your experience one bit and you have every right to write what you are going to write. Just know that there are guys like me that will be quick to disagree...

That’s the question...does current leadership have the vision and support to keep it going long term....

Guys like Fuzzy and myself have ZERO part to play in this. We aren’t administration. Sooo... No shoes to fill... As far as the future holds.... I’m not a fortune teller. No crystal ball... I guess I’m just going to have to have faith that the right things will be done... And not second guess like most people will...
