The only team that will be of concern is Longview. WM will be heavy favorites in all the other games.

If Todd plays Linebacker they will be solid there. I dont see a big drop if they can find some D-Tackles. Need playmakers on offense as O-Line should be very good. Longview lost those big time receivers didnt they? Lets see how their offemse looks before crowning them. West Monroe has historically played them very well. West Monroe may only lose two games all season. The other being to Zachary. Aint no one beating them next season.

Little e is going to make them boys have nightmares... Whispers that little e is down. Talent drying up a bit. Whispers that same thing is happening at West Monroe with the players and coaches... The current players have only heard stories from their parents about the arse whoopings that were laid down by the tiny school in Shreveport upon the mighty rebels. they have gone to bed at night all of their lives with bedtime stories about the mighty eagles from broadacres road, they will probably run from the field when the Eagles enter the stadium.

Unless you know something others do not, WM will whip them senseless. WM has a strong Senior Class next season. Evangel lost the pantry. Only Karr, JC, Zachary, and maybe LCA or Catholic can beat WM next season broseph.

Different staffs and times. I saw Ouachita beat Evangel senseless in 2011. Saw Bastrop them in 2007. Naw, im good. WM will roll them like a fruit roll up. Evangel is past tense and use to be's. Had Zachary not arrived WM would still be top dog. Like saying Catholic cant beat WM although they havent played in years.

Zachary will beat West Monroe for the third time in a row this year. The Rebels cant defend the speed of the Broncos.

Zachary will beat West Monroe for the third time in a row this year. The Rebels cant defend the speed of the Broncos. Yes, that is pretty much understood as last season was their best shot considering Zachary returns a plethora of speed and talent on both sides with a very solid Sopre crop to boot. They have some insane skill positions on that freshman squad last season. Their new TE is going to be special. But we are talking about Evangel and they arent fielding a team that will beat WM. It isnt the same team from yesteryear and not thr same staff. Ouachita scheduled them in 2011 and everyone thought the same and beat them senseless two years in a row (also in 2012). Neville beat them as did Bastrop since WM last played them. WM will win. Neville is the surprise team next season if they find some receivers. They have the best young offensive lineman in Louisiana in Will Campbell. Started last season as a freshman right tackle and was superb against everyone including Karr. About 6'6" 250 but dont let the weight fool you, he will fill out and his foot work is already top level. No hyperbole with this kid. As good as he wishes to be. Barring some catastrophic injury he will be top 5 at his position by his senior year.

This is a good thing. The Wreckin Rams flying under the radar this year,I like that!!! I aplogize for not mentioning them. They are to be included and ive mentioned them as top 3 in 5A next season multiple times. Zachary, Acadiana, Karr, STM, John Curtis, and possibly Catholic and LCA--doubt either could next season but listed anywho--could beat WM next season. Rummel possibly now that they have that stud QB who transferred in from Jesuit who will be a Sopre--funny how that worked out.

9-1 or 8-2 looks like to me. I say this out of respect for Longview and Neville. Longview is really good. Like really good.
I think I’m in the minority believing this to be a pretty down year in the state across the board. WM handles up and buckles in for a semifinal or state final run again

WM handles up and buckles in for a semifinal or state final run again Neville is going to be VERY good next season MT. Still dont see them beating WM. WM has experience and leadership with a huge senior class. Neville will be young outside a few seniors like Hunter and Brister, with a huge Sopre class of super talented young men and a very good freshman bunch coming up next year. Neville should beat WM in two years if they continue the contract, but even then i doubt it because, well, WM is their daddy. Papa Rebel.

West Monroe just needs some playmakers.

Neville’s LOT #66 Will Campbell received his first SEC scholarship offer yesterday afternoon just before the Homecoming game.

How many kids that tall and lean can move like that and never tire? All game long? Wasn't difficult whatsoever. Kid is special. And he is still just a kid. Wait until he starts truly developing 🙃
