With both sides having LHSAA players, this game should be a battle to the very end, the last 8 years bama has beaten LSU and seems like when the game is close everything just works for them.. But do yall think this is the year that LSU claims back what is theirs and go on to the playoffs, and do yall think that LSU could beat bama twice as more and likely they will see bama again in the college football playoffs?

Having to play Alabama away is a big disadvantage for us at LSU. Coach O will really have to have their "A" Game to defeat a solid Alabama team.
We can do it!!!
LSU 28 Alabama 24

LSU 28 Alabama 24 I sure hope so, I think we will win this game, but what gets me is that im sure they will only fall back 4 spots at best and get back in the playoffs and I wont lie its VERY hard to beat Saban twice in a row certainly twice in the same year.. But if any team can do that it will be LSU just because of all the threats that we have. including our defense that isn't getting much love this year even though they have a top 25 defense.

Which is why I hope LSU wins in a close one and the rest of their games, Ohio State wins the rest of their games in blowouts, and the playoff committee puts OSU at number 1 when Bama inevitably gets back in at 4 while LSU gets a shot at vengence on Clemson from that disaster of an end of a game when Tahj Boyd was Clemson's QB.

I'm guessing it's gonna be Alabama, LSU, Ohio St., and Clemson.

Do y’all think LSU And Alabama make the final four regardless of who wins? Assuming they both win out after.

Nope, Bama by 10. I stopped getting my hopes up a few years ago. As long as Saban is roaming the Bama sideline, LSU won’t beat them.

Do y’all think LSU And Alabama make the final four regardless of who wins? Assuming they both win out after. I think if LSU wins out after a loss they have a better shot in comparison considering they have a major non conference true road win (even if Texas isn't doing so hot right now the committee would still probably look at that favorably) along with wins over Florida and Auburn (also, the Georgia Southern win is looking a lot better now than it did a few weeks ago). Still, even if Alabama loses to LSU, a resounding victory over Auburn (and everyone else they play after the LSU game) to go 11-1 would quite possibly be enough to push them in even if Oklahoma and Oregon also win out and win their respective conferences; that one isn't so clear to picture, though. And of course, this is all with the presumption that Ohio State and Clemson don't get upset late in the season, which is possible but unlikely.

Yeah it could definitely happen but I could also see scenarios where a 1 loss sec team gets left out. Would be nice for Oklahoma to drop one more along with Baylor losing at least one in the Big 12. Then root for Utah to beat Oregon in the Pac 12 title game Since Utah has a worse loss. Penn state and Ohio St could end up being a play in game like LSU vs Bama. Clemson losing one would really help but I just don’t see it happening in that joke of a conference.

Whereas if they lose a close one to Bama and win out they are in snd Bama faces Georgia in a do or die game. So a close loss by LSU to Bama might be the best ticket to the semi’s

I love LSU and if they were at home I would give them the nod, but I don’t think LSU can beat bama at their home. Bama is physical and The home crowd behind them might be too much.

I agree but its hard to judge Bama on how good they actually are just by looking at the opponents. but could be wrong but I do know they they haven't pulled starters out yet this season well maybe once against a soft schedule and LSU still beats them in total offense and is right behind them in defense, after looking at the stats and schedule on paper LSU is a better football team, and last time we beat them was at Bama. with tua being hurt I think he throws a pic and we score to take the lead and take the crowd out of the game and then hopefully we will put the petal to the metal.

LSU can and will beat Alabama this year. 31-28. Alabama has those stupid red strobe lights. A losing idea for sure.

Yes it is they might be good but their schedule strength is 127 of 130 thats terrible ULM has a harder strength of schedule right now they put 30 points a game almost as much as bama.. I never said bama wasnt good indy i said they are hard to judge because they played nobody... played no defense in the top 50. offense played 1 team that was i think in top 25 somewhere and that was at the time Texas A&M so yes its hard to tell how good they really are 🤷🏻♂️

LSU by 7. The only real question is the over/under on phantom holding calls to negate 1st downs and TD's. And how many late hits on Tua are called.

Anyone selling tickets or know of anyone? might not be many left and if there is, its about to outrageously expensive due to it being one of the biggest games in regular season in the county and now add on that Trump will be there.
