If a team wins their district, but doesn't play 15 games do they still make the playoffs?

YES
10.8.3 Only the teams that are certified as the first-place representatives from the district shall automatically qualify for the state playoffs from that district. If a district championship is tied, all tied teams shall share the championship honors and shall qualify for the state playoffs from that district.
10.8.4 In completing the playoff bracket, all other teams qualifying for the state playoffs shall be selected on the basis of the established power rating system. Schools that fail to play 15 contests during the regular season, including district play and invitation tournaments, shall be ranked separately using the same ranking system that is used to rank schools that played at least 15 contests or more during the regular season. These schools shall be ranked at the bottom of the bracket and seeded accordingly until all remaining positions on the bracket are filled.
So they make it in, but will be ranked at the bottom of the bracket...

After rereading 10.8.4, the all other makes this a grey area for me as to whether they are ranked at the bottom of the bracket. Take a look at how clear this was in an older version of this rule:
In completing the playoff bracket, all other teams qualifying for the state playoffs shall be selected on the basis of the established power rating scheme. To be eligible for a wildcard, teams must play a minimum of 20 contests. Any first or second place finisher that does not reach the 20-game contests minimum shall be placed on the bottom of the bracket. If more than one team fails to play 20 contests, they shall be placed on the bracket in descending order based on power rating.

So Kipp Renaissance will be seeded 32? and Peabody would be kicked out if the playoffs started today?

IMO if you don't play 15 you really aren't taking baseball seriously, and shouldn't be in the playoffs.

So they make it in, but will be ranked at the bottom of the bracket... that's a gray area and i hate it a school goes 3-2 and doesn't win their district. their power rating average puts them #15 or so so they're in the top 32. do they get dropped to #32 and still get in or get dropped to #55 or so after every single team that plays 15 games? also if you're just a bit under 15 games, like going 12-2, and would be still in the top 32 despite a 0 power point loss for your "15th game", you should still get in

The older rule that I posted was much better. It basically said if you don't play 20, you don't get in unless you win your district. This new rule sounds as though you don't need to win your district to get in, which would infer that as long as their PR puts them in the top 32, they get in right?? And if so, then seeded at the bottom. Don't like it at all..... 2A is getting really tricky, you are going to have a District Winner with less than 15 games AND another District winner outside the top 32. So whoever finishes 32 in PR will get bumped. Also, the team with less than 15 games plays two games against a winless opponent, so their PR will likely drop and they could drop out of the top 32 as well. Stay tuned....

By my interpretation (which is obviously not official), East Feliciana will drop to 32 because they did not play 15 games.
Loreauville will also bump Dunham (as of 9pm PR) if they are in fact District Co-Champs (depends on District 6-2A rules).
