I just watched the replay of our game. Our junior pitcher, EC Delafield, was dominating for the second year! She threw a one hitter after firing a no-no against Neville. She has to be the most dominating pitcher in the state and will be back next year, along with most of our team!

I still think Menard's pitcher is the best in the state. |

She has to be the most dominating pitcher in the state and will be back next year, along with most of our team! Emma Delafield is an awesome pitcher no doubt. The whole North Desoto softball team played great all year. Kaplan has a softball team member that is also named "Emma" and is the reason why this state title is so sweet. Piratefan, that was an awesome read!! We lost EC for 3 weeks, due to an injury in the first game of the season. She wasn't 100% until the beginning of the playoffs. I truly hope y'alls Emma makes an amazing comeback! We'll all pray for her!! Oh, btown, we played Menard on April 2 and lost 2-0. You win some, you lose some. |
