meeting starts with a motion dealing with prior notice. will anything in this meeting be declared unconstitutional due to no prior notice.
Board member is asking if it possible to add an agenda item.
Things are confused about the agenda.

He is going through all of the problems that popped up during his early days that impacted his ability to straighten out the split, incliding the Officials potential strike, and the payout on the Baton Rouge headquarters.

Describing some in the office and on the executive committee as making comments behind his back intended to hurt him.

He is calling for a revision to the way the LHSAA takes votes. He notes that although a majority voted for a split, those schools represent a minority of the students. also pointing out that non football schools shouldn't vote on football rules.

He has moved on to the NHFS report, so I think that he is passed the point where he resigns.

I'm not sure. I would have bet money earlier that he was going to resign, and I was wrong.
I am assuming the executive session is to discuss his removal, and I don't have a feel. There were committee members that spoke both for and against him, but not enough to take a guess at the breakdown in potential votes. Four seemed solidly against him, and 2 for him, with 2 more wishy-washy. Most did not speak. 19 committee members are present.
