I’m sure all great coaches think that way after getting blown up. And only great coaches allow the game to be televised so the world can see how good they can blow a game. It all makes sense. I watched the game on replay. What a great halftime talk Brent gave with Smacker Miles. What did he say? He was a no show.

Indy and the scoreboard broke the camera,if we meet in the dome ill release the photo,if CHS would pull this off again in the dome Indest will go down as the greatest card player of all time. I think Indest was experimenting the whole game just so they could have a shot to win when it matters. He was doing nothing more than feeling out ND’s game plan. You think he told his defense to tackle poorly as well? If so, they listened to him.

Cal Preps picked Catholic by two TDs, they were only 63 points off. I would like to take a picture with Cal wearing my new T shirt, or better yet, with Cal’s wife.

In honor of my correct prediction I headed over to my local Shop Rite this morning to get me an ice cold Dr Pepper. It's one thing to get beat on the field, happens to everyone in the game of football, but it's another thing to run with your tail between your legs and stop the game early! We had the same weather a few miles up the road and we barely saw anything resembling lightning!

True, on the Cox replay I heard the announcers refer to our two running backs as thunder and lightning. But they were on the sidelines for the second half so who knows??

I'll give you a little tip on how to type an intelligent response on a forum. Slow down, think about what you're typing, check your spelling, and then post for the world to see. We really have a tough time comprehending what you are typing when it lacks punctuation. As you can see from the title of this thread, we are discussing the game between Notre Dame and Admiral Doyle Junior High. We shall discuss the game you are referring to when that week arrives. I will also share a few drinks with my friends that support the Red School on that Friday afternoon before the game. Now onto your next point of discussion. I don't have to respect any school or anything they win if I don't support that school. The Red School's accomplishments are theirs and have no bearing on what happens at the school I support. Your school's kids are not frowned upon for their athletic achievements. In fact, there are many young men in your athletic program that I know and they are fine gentlemen. I've coached against many of them and enjoy watching them on the field. Finally, in case you have not noticed, this has been going on between our schools for the past 30 or so years. Dress up day at school on Friday at the Red School is "Levee Rat Day", while at Loreauville it is "Nerd Day". There's nothing wrong with a little smack talk when it's not just one long rambling sentence. Another fact your supporters/students fail to realize is that the children who live on the levee attend school in St Martin parish. I point that out since some of you guys don't know how google works.

Other schools on the other hand are fair game for any made up name to get on their nerves.

How is that possible when it shows the Red team on Delasalle swept them in the regular season. Must of really been the Dodge ball championship Indy.

I guess we can Call it what we want, but we have no more State Championships in football and baseball. I can remember as a kid getting a small astros bat for showing up early for the game. Maybe the the LHSAA ( principals) can hand out tiny trophies to the little kids to ready them for when they get to high school.

Just saying No matter what you recall, I was rooting for Loreauville in the “B bracket.” I’m not a hater....never have been. When we meet on the field, the diamond, the track, the gym or in the damn cane field I wanna beat you. Before and after that, I’m happy for other teams’ successes. For me, it’s about the kids playing the games and competing. I put their interests above the parents and fans who sometimes act in a way that makes me want to pull against their team no matter who they play.

Those same fine young men from the Red School just so happened to be chanting "F*** The Ville" to anyone in sight after last years game. Don't expect people to respect those young men until they stop acting like they are better than everyone else in the parish.
